We believe a free press is vital to ensuring the proper checks and balances are secure in our new world order. This is 2017, not 1984. There are no alternative facts. Facts can be proven true or false and observed and measured. If we don’t speak up for what is indisputably the case, we give credibility to a wave of corroborated falsehoods and put the future of the journalistic integrity at risk. The Factinista sits at the intersection of commerce and activism. We offer ethically made goods to empower and inspire others to get knowledgeable and stay active.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Due to high demand, we currently are experiencing a 10-day back order. Orders will be shipped out immediately thereafter.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE?
Orders are shipped once a day, Monday through Friday.

Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to find your package! We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU WILL DONATE 10% OF PROFITS TO THE COMMITTEE TO PROTECT JOURNALISTS?

We do not work for or have any relationship with the Committee to Protect Journalists. We simply want to protect and defend a free press and global truth-seekers and journalists everywhere.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
We do not accept returns. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please see the exchanges and returns page for more information and to submit an exchange request. If you have a unique claim or situation you think we should know about, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
CAN I UPDATE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you entered the incorrect information. We cannot change billing information, so please get in touch (make sure you have your order number) and we will then cancel your order and you can reorder using the correct information.
